Mae Flint Polczynski
President
Mae has been running operations for close to a decade. Before joining Clix, Mae was the facility manager for Murray State University’s performing arts center and the assistant facility manager for the arena. Mae booked, publicized, and organized logistics for major country acts, indie bands you may have heard of, and Christianrock bands you probably haven’t. Mae also handled logistics for the university’s basketball games and large conventions.
Prior to working at MSU, Mae served as the director of the Murray Tourism Commission, where she was responsible for all public relations, including media relations, social marketing, digital marketing, advertising, retail marketing, and graphic design. When Mae isn’t rocking Clix operations, she is in her metalsmithing studio hammering, soldering, filing, and designing jewelry.

Andrea Taylor
Outreach Manager
Andrea started in PPC as a college intern in 2009 and also has a background in journalism and television marketing. Prior to joining Clix, she was a search engine marketing specialist with her own slew of clients.
When Andrea isn’t rocking PPC accounts, she’s traveling with her husband, exploring the waters of the Florida Keys or hanging out with her two pugs.

Abby Woodcock
Director of Operations
Abby has worked in the PPC industry since 2010, and she has managed both large and small account budgets in a variety of verticals ranging from education to injury law.
Prior to Clix, Abby was a Senior Paid Media Specialist at G/O Digital, an SEM Specialist at cj Advertising and an Account Manager at Hanapin Marketing. Abby’s previous roles have included responsibilities in account strategy, reporting and data analysis, training, blogging, and new product development. When Abby isn’t rocking PPC accounts, she enjoys shopping, going to concerts, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Bethany has worked in the digital marketing industry since 2010. Throughout her career, she has managed high-profile paid search accounts on multiple platforms including Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. She has worked with companies across many industries to develop digital marketing, branding, and advertising strategies to facilitate business growth.She has also trained thousands of people across North America on the fundamentals of Google Ads and created Microsoft’s Virtual Academy courses on Microsoft Ads & SEO. Kristin Kusiak
Director of Client Services
Kristin shifted into the digital marketing industry in 2006 by reading a Perry Marshall ebook and helping a start-up prosper. She has worked on a variety of small to large B2B and B2C clients across many industry verticals. Most of her paid search time is spent in Google, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, or Pinterest with the last one being her favorite. Kristin especially excels at writing ad copy, beating her own control variations and writing more test ad copies to find a new winner.
Prior to PPC life, Kristin managed the print advertising and/or direct mail efforts of a variety of membership-based clients, including the largest one in the U.S.
Outside of her Clix responsibilities, Kristin keeps busy with her kids and their activities (mostly, she’s a swim mom). She loves the beach, going on walks, and spending time with her family. She also loves sharing random facts about herself, such as she’s been kissed by John Stamos and is the only Clix Team member who has been skydiving.
