A new site links feature is rolling out in Meta! We’re excited to share what it looks like so you can be on the lookout for it in your accounts as well.
What are Meta Site Links?
Meta site links allow you to add 3-20 landing page links to your ad.
Where do the Meta Site Links Appear in Your Ad?
The links will appear below your headline and description:

How do Users Navigate to See More Meta Site Links in Your Ad?
Order matters, as the first three site links will be shown with your ad. Users will have to slide the site links to the left to see any additional past the first three. The first one on the left will go out of view and the next “hidden” one comes into view:

Where is the New Site Links Feature in the Meta Ads Interface?
You’ll find the site links feature in the Ads section. Whether you are editing an existing ad or creating a new one, you’ll find it below the “Ad setup” section and above the “Ad creative” section. Look for “Ad sources”:

How do I Add Site Links in the Meta Ads Interface?
From the ads edit section, click “Add” from the screenshot above in the lower right-hand corner. From there, a pop-up box appears for you to enter your site links. Click the “Add more” button:

From there, add a 15-character max header and the URL. Click “Add”. Note: I didn’t receive any confirmation that the site link was added. I repeated the “Add more” step and when I added three, I clicked “Save”:

I could then see all three were noted in the Ad sources section from the note at the bottom:

Why Can’t I See the Meta Site Links in the Ad Preview?
Unfortunately, the site links won’t always show. From one of the screenshots above, you can see “We’ll use these sources to add information to your ad when we think it will inspire action from the person viewing it. Add as many sources as you can.”
I also tried to use the advanced preview tool and sent myself links for the ad, but I couldn’t get them to show.
How Do I Add the Site Links to Other Ads?
I tried to add the URLs for the site links I had already created into another ad, however I kept getting the same error message. For now, I think you have to do it manually each time. I’m hoping that’s a bug with this being a new feature:

Why Are Meta Site Links Important?
- They offer more ad real estate space.
- They give you a way to show more options for your user.
- You can highlight more products, details, CTAs, or whatever best fits your business.
- Social is taking a hint from Search! Watch out for more new ad features in the future.
