I’m a big fan of AdStage. It’s been able to save us lots of time when it comes to campaign management on the LinkedIn platform, one notorious for not being very user-friendly. AdStage also has a number of other benefits like automated rules for social platforms as well as some of the best social ads reporting I’ve come across. Additionally, it integrates with most major advertising platforms being used by most companies so you can manage and report all from the same platform. Adstage also just announced a new integration with Hubspot last week, so that is also worth checking out!

Call tracking allows you to fill in the gaps in lead attribution beyond what can be tracked by default in ad platforms and Google Analytics. While many providers exist, CallRail is a favorite of mine for its simplicity of use and powerful options. Using dynamic numbers, you can correlate calls down to the level of specific ads and keywords, with the ability to import call conversions into AdWords, Analytics, and other platforms. Features such as call recording and lead scoring are useful for reviewing lead quality.

NinjaCat enables me to create amazing reports for my clients. It’s a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a huge time saver for creating weekly, monthly, quarterly or even yearly reports. I love that I can customize the colors, layout, time frames, data comparisons, charts, etc to meet each clients’ needs. The reports can be time-consuming to set up, but once you have a report template just right, there is little to no additional attention required.

SUPERMETRICS. The moment we started using this tool to create reports, it saved me at least 6 hours of reporting work a week. Now, all I have to do is create the report once time for clients and it updates from all ad accounts on a daily basis. We are also able to provide clients with more detailed reporting dashboards than we could before. You should not be spending your time pulling data, but instead on analyzing data and optimizing your accounts.

I love Zapier! If you or your client utilize a lot of different tools and apps for marketing, this tool can really change how you work! Zapier integrates with hundreds of different apps, with more being added all the time. My favorite use for Zapier is to marry together Hubspot workflows with Facebook and LinkedIn lead gen forms. Since a lot of CRM systems don’t play nice with lead forms, it can be a pain to have some manually pull all of the leads several times a week. Zapier can make this painless. The bonuses of this tool are that it’s very affordable AND they have great customer service.
